Amelia Matthews

Transaction Specialist

Amelia has worked with the Fund since 2007. She works directly with the Deputy General Counsel, legal team members, field staff and outside partners on conservation real estate and mitigation projects. She also provides legal support for grant programs and restoration projects.

Prior to joining The Conservation Fund, Amelia interned with Arlington Echo Outdoor Education Center. She received a B.S. in Anthropology with a concentration in Sustainable Development from Appalachian State University, and a J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law. Amelia volunteers with the Junior League of Annapolis and is a member of the Maryland Bar Association.
