Brad opened The Conservation Fund’s Alaska Office in 1994. In collaboration with the Army Corps of Engineers, he started an in-lieu fee wetlands mitigation program, the first of its kind in Alaska. While the program is administered by the Corps, Brad has managed the investment of the in-lieu fee proceeds for over 300 projects across Alaska.
