Callie Hastings Easterly

Regional Director of Fundraising, Gulf Coast & Southwest


Callie Easterly 205x250Callie is the Regional Director of Fundraising for the Gulf Coast, Southwest, and Mountain West.  She works with donors to tap into their passion for conservation through visits and tours of the Fund’s projects. Callie drives positive change by working across the organization to help implement The Conservation Fund’s growth vision and trajectory. Her role includes managing projects that build, strengthen, and engage a base of philanthropic supporters to advance our mission.

Prior to joining the Fund, Callie worked in various organizations dedicated to improving the environment, economic development and sustainable programs, Urban Harvest, Upper Kirby Foundation and the Katy Prairie Conservancy. She serves as a board member for Plant it Forward Farms, an organization that teaches refugees to farm in the city of Houston and earn a living wage.  She is an active member of the Grant Professionals Association, Houston Food Policy Workgroup, Mayor’s Food Access Council, City-wide Food Access Task Force, and Houston Citizens with Disabilities Council.
