Tatia Ash
Capacity Builder, Resourceful Communities
Tatia brings more than 20 years of experience working with grassroots and community-based organizations. She works across North Carolina, helping community partners strengthen their organizations and programming by providing technical assistance and training focused on organizational development topics.Her previous experience includes directing an anti-poverty program, organizing youth in rural NC, managing a Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) pilot program, and recruiting graduate students for a public policy program.
Tatia holds a BA in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
