Vice President, Development and Marketing & Communications


Claire RobinetteClaire is responsible for promoting philanthropic giving by donors and funders to advance the mission of The Conservation Fund. She supervises the fundraising and marketing teams to amplify the Fund’s mission and secure funding for projects, programs, and the Revolving Fund.

Claire has been with the organization since 2007 in a variety of fundraising roles. Before joining The Conservation Fund, Claire worked for Mobilize.org in Washington, DC and the American Heart Association in Austin, TX. Claire participates in a variety of volunteer roles and serves as President of the North Carolina Southwestern University Alumni Association and is on the board of Keep Durham Beautiful. In her spare time, Claire enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family.

Claire holds a BA in Psychology and Communication Studies from Southwestern University and graduated from Georgetown University’s New Strategies Program; an intensive education initiative designed for nonprofit professionals to find new revenue opportunities.
