David Grusznski
Program Director, Greenseams Program
David manages the Fund's $27 million Green Infrastructure program called “Greenseams” through a partnership with the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District. The Greenseams program acquires undeveloped lands and works with state, local, and private partners. David’s position utilizes various conservation strategies including real estate negotiations and appraisals, utilizing Geographical Information Systems mapping and analysis, land management and restoration, working with landowners and governmental agencies on farmland preservation easements, and farmland preservation. His areas of expertise include intergovernmental coordination, grant management, land and hydrologic restoration, and water quality.
David holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. David has worked with The Conservation Fund since 2003.
