Margarita Carey

Program Associate, Conservation Leadership Network

Margarita supports all aspects of the Conservation Leadership Network’s work,  including financial and database administration, marketing and communications, and coordination of logistics for events, courses and other projects. She has served in this position since 2003.

Margarita’s other jobs in this field have included working for the Land Trust of the Eastern Panhandle and the Blue Ridge Center for Environmental Stewardship. She graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Resource Management, from Shepherd University.

A Washington, D.C., native, Margarita lives in Jefferson County, W.Va.
