Mike Koshmrl, Jackson Hole News & Guide, 19 February 2016 – Thousands of acres of pastureland and sagebrush steppes near the Hoback Rim southeast of Jackson have been signed into conservation easements and forever protected from development. Mark Elsbree, the Conservation Fund’s senior vice president, said the work of Luke Lynch, the Wyoming director for the fund who died on Mount Moran in May, led to easements on nearly 21 square miles of ranchland down the highway from Bondurant.e.
