Tim Troll, Bristol Bay Times, 1 April 2016 – After years of waiting to see whether Congress would pass a new conservation tax incentive for Alaska Native corporations, Congress finally passed the incentive last December and Koliganek Natives LTD and the Bristol Bay Heritage Land Trust closed an historic deal in February that will put the incentive to use.
