The Legal Department provides legal advice and guidance for all aspects of these programs and activities, from strategic counsel to senior leadership to support for the Fund’s often complex real estate transactions. We seek to achieve creative conservation results while also limiting the Fund’s risk exposure and ensuring the legal implications of our activities are considered and addressed.
